You retain ownership of all press release content — titles, body copy, excerpts, tags, and any other material — that you create or publish through Newswire. You grant Beezifi Inc. a limited right to store and serve that content solely to operate the platform, including displaying published releases in the public press room and through the public API and embed widget.
By publishing a press release, you confirm you have the rights to that content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, contain defamatory material, or violate applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and data handling practices comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The service software, branding, and related materials are owned by Beezifi Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your subscription.
Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use such information only as needed to perform obligations under these Terms.
We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and third-party outages may affect uptime.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Beezifi Inc. is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
